REGISTRATION DETAILS
Online registration is closed. On-site Registration Available.
As required by French Value Added Tax (VAT) laws, 20% French VAT will be charged to all attendees, except the ones who represent companies or universities in France with a French VAT number. Note that most companies worldwide can reclaim the VAT from the French tax authorities by filing a claim. Please contact Euro VAT Refund, Inc. at www.eurovat.com for more information.
If you are an employee of a French company or university with a French VAT number, you do not have to pay VAT. If this applies to you, make sure your address almost precisely matches the company with the French VAT number.
Most companies worldwide can claim back the French VAT from the French tax authorities. Companies from outside the EU must claim through a French Fiscal Rep company. Note that people attending from universities and other institutions, or as a private person in most cases are not eligible for a refund. Contact www.eurovat.com or e-mail VAT@eurovat.com for more information.

COVID-19 and iSRS 2022 (the latest information)
French COVID-19 restrictions are being progressively lifted, and the government is talking about the suppression of the vaccination passes by mid-March, if the decrease in the number of cases continues. We are assuming that by May all restrictions will be lifted.
So far, all European citizens can travel within the EU without any restriction. But people must ensure before traveling that they comply with the rules imposed by airline and train companies.
