Payment of Registration. All fees must be paid in EUROS, as follows:

Hotel Accommodations

To ensure your hotel accommodation, please make your reservation through the online registration system by June 30, 2018. Accommodations will be provided on a first-come first-assigned basis. A credit card is requested to guarantee your room. L.C. Congressi will send you confirmation letter/voucher showing the hotel name and the room rate, including breakfast.

Please note that local tax is not included: €2.30 per person per night (from 14 years up) for 1st class Hotels (****) and €1.90 for 2nd class Hotels (***) to be paid in Hotel and €1.55 for Student accommodation (Major Seminary). You will pay for your full stay in the hotel before checking out. All the hotels accept credit card payment, except Major Seminary which accepts cash payment only. No reservation fee is due for the hotel booking.

Social Trip & Dinner – Saturday Sept. 29, 2018

We will depart by bus at 14:30 from the Congress site for the social excursion at high altitude (around 2.000 meters), reachable by cable car. We'll go on a walking tour and share dinner together, arriving back in Bressanone around midnight. Social trip participants need to wear comfortable walking shoes, warm sweaters and a water-proof jacket is recommended.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Registration fee | Within June 30, 2018 50% refund | After June 30, 2018 no refund.
Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation | Within July 30, 2018 100% refund | After July 30, 2018 no refund. Please note that cancellation of Hotel accommodation must be notified by e-mail.
Hotels apply penalties also in case you will change your stay upon arrival, making less overnights as booked.
If you need to change your stay, after July 30, please contact our secretariat only as soon as possible.
