Specifications for Advertisements in the Program Book
Each exhibitor is entitled to place a full-color advertisement in the Final program book. Specifications:
Trimmed/final page size: 5.5 inches wide x 8.5 inches tall.
Ads should be designed with 300 dots per inch resolution; CMYK color.
Please include your company name somewhere in the filename.
Advertisement designers, please note:
For ad artwork that bleeds, we will trim .25 inches off each edge.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS
The following image shows booth assignments as of March 30, 2023. Charles carefully reviewed each company’s preferences, priority placement points, and who they did/did not want to be near. Some exhibit islands were reduced in size, making more room for attendee dining.
